Requirements

Master’s Degree in Accounting
A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting + a CPA will also be considered
At least 5 years of senior-level accounting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Strong understanding of AP/AR, reconciliations, and general ledger functions
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Strong communication skills and professionalism
Able to work onsite
Able to work an average of 45 hours per week

Responsibilities

Manage & train a team of 4 (1 onsite and 3 remote)
Record daily financial transactions
Process AP & AR; prepare and issue checks
Reconcile bank statements and inter-company accounts
Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and supporting documentation
Assist with month-end and year-end closing
Communicate with both domestic and international team members to resolve discrepancies
Maintain compliance with company policies and internal controls
Support special projects and general accounting needs
