About The Position

Lakeshore Sport & Fitness, Elite Sports Clubs, Prairie Athletic Club, and Union Padel Club are an alliance of family-friendly, multi-sport recreation and fitness facilities — and in our markets, we’re the #1 destination for sport, fitness, and fun. We’re seeking a hands-on Controller to oversee the accounting and financial performance of eight all-inclusive health clubs across Illinois and Wisconsin. This role is deeply involved in the work — leading an accounting team (both in person and remote), owning day-to-day accounting operations, and partnering closely with club and executive leaders to support strong operations and meaningful member experiences. The ideal candidate brings experience in service-driven, experience-based environments and is comfortable balancing accounting execution with financial analysis and insight. You’ll be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, reporting, financial controls, and supporting capital planning and growth initiatives, while helping the organization make clear, informed decisions through data and analytics.
