Job Summary: The Controller oversees and directs financial affairs of the organization and prepares financial analyses of operations, including interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules, for guidance of management and the board of directors. The Controller is also responsible for A/R and A/P management and the organization’s cash as well as relations with auditors and other finance-related service providers.

Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Strategic thinking and business acumen
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Integrity and ethical standards
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
7+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a controller or senior accounting management role
Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting standards
Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
