Requirements

• Proven Controller or strong Accounting Manager ready to step up
• Experience in a $50M–$200M company environment
• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct
• Strong leadership and team development mindset
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
• Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and analysis
• Ensure timely, accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• Supervise, train, mentor, and develop the accounting team
• Drive process improvements and scalable accounting workflows
• Own and optimize Sage Intacct ERP
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls
• Partner with leadership to support business decision-making
