Apex Order Pickup Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic controller with leadership experience to join our team at our global headquarters in Mason, Ohio. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Controller to lead and manage the company’s core financial functions, including inventory accounting, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and corporate insurance. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and plays a critical role in supporting Apex's operational scalability, financial reporting integrity, and compliance posture. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with strong leadership skills, deep ERP knowledge (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365), and the ability to design scalable systems that support growth. Experience in structuring or supporting customer financing programs is highly desirable, as Apex expands its customer acquisition and partnership strategies. Apex Order Pickup Solutions applies innovative, scalable software and hardware to enable safe, secure, frictionless order fulfillment for food orders in restaurants, institutions, digital kitchens, and other venues.
