We are looking for a Controller who can lead financial operations and drive strategic financial decision-making to ensure operational excellence and compliance as we scale our organization. Responsibilities

Build and maintain short-term and long-term financial models containing actuals and forecasts for all three financial statements
Drive an efficient and accurate monthly close process and quarterly financial reporting – including identifying opportunities to accelerate close calendars, improve automation, and streamline processes.
Ensure all financial information is accurately reflected in the general ledger in compliance with GAAP.
Drive a performance culture with the team in account analyses, reconciliations, and process and automation improvements.
Consult with internal business partners on complex transactions to ensure proper accounting and reporting treatment.
Providing financial accounting, reporting, procedural, and internal control guidance to the team.
Adhere to all internal policies, audit procedures, and regulations to ensure full compliance exists.
Partner with FP&A and other business owners to provide insight into actual financial results to inform forecasts and routine plan of records.
Lead interim and year-end support for external and internal auditors as needed.
