In line with our growth, we are excited to announce the creation of a new division within the Physical Therapy space and the establishment of a Controller position. This key role will be responsible for overseeing aspects of the company’s financial operations, ensuring alignment with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The Controller will play a pivotal role in steering financial strategy and performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, to support the company’s new growth and success. The Controller will work closely with senior leadership to drive financial objectives, manage financial risks, and optimize the performance of the organization. This position is crucial in helping the company maintain fiscal health, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals while fostering sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with significant experience in financial management, leadership, and strategic planning. The ability to collaborate with internal teams, provide financial insights, and offer recommendations for process improvements is essential for success in this role.
