Responsibilities
- Preparing internal and external financial statements, forecasts, and reports (e.g., GAAP-compliant).
- Managing daily accounting, general ledger, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Leading the budgeting process, monitoring performance, and advising on financial projections.
- Ensuring tax compliance, implementing internal controls, and managing audits.
- Hiring, training, and supervising accounting staff.
- Providing financial analysis and insights to help executive leadership make informed decisions.
