What You’ll Do We are seeking an experienced and strategic Controller to lead and scale our finance function across our U.S. and Canadian entities. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for owning day-to-day financial operations while building the systems, processes, and team needed to support a multi-entity organization. You will be reporting to the CFO . The ideal candidate is both a strong operator and a people leader, someone who can ensure accuracy and compliance today while designing a finance organization that can scale for the future.
