Looking for the ability to make an impact as a key part of a dedicated, diverse, and growing company? If so, Auto Driveaway Systems, LLC is seeking an experienced Controller to join our private equity owned growing organization. Auto Driveaway is a leading national provider of professional vehicle relocation services. Auto Driveaway primarily serves large corporate fleets, fleet management companies, upfitters, dealerships and vehicle OEMs with fast, safe and reliable door-to-door driveaway service nationwide. Services include fleet shipping and fleet management services; single vehicle “door-to-door driveaway” shipping; expedited shipping; enclosed carrier shipping for high-value vehicles; short-term and long-term vehicle storage; licensing, titling and registration of vehicles; and vehicle maintenance and reconditioning services. The company's growth has been driven by a combination of acquisitions, expanded service offerings, and investment in operational technology. Today, Auto Driveaway operates from more than forty locations and with an extensive network of highly trained, professional drivers to relocate vehicles of all types across North America. The Controller will lead the company’s accounting and financial operations functions, overseeing financial reporting, accounting, audit, and tax activities for the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller will manage a team of five accounting professionals responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the business. The role requires a hands-on leader who can ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting while helping build scalable processes and controls to support an entrepreneurial platform experiencing meaningful growth. The Controller will operate as part of a collaborative finance leadership team. In addition to the CFO, the role works alongside two senior finance counterparts: one responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning & analysis, and another responsible for P&L management and operational financial performance. This structure allows the Controller to focus on the integrity and execution of the company’s financial reporting and accounting functions while partnering closely with peers who support planning and operational finance activities.
