About The Position

We are a private, dynamic company seeking an energetic, intuitive, and hands-on accounting and financial professional capable of guiding our next phase of growth. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. CPA certification is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Experience managing month-end close
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Must be able to ensure accurate and timely results and work independently
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization effectively and professionally
• QuickBooks and strong Excel and system skills required

Nice To Haves

• CPA license preferred
• Experience in manufacturing environments a plus

Responsibilities

• Processing and supervision of all accounting functions, including A/R, A/P, bank reconciliations, and financial statements
• Development of a variety of financial and accounting reports, including spending and costing analysis
• Continuous cash flow planning and reporting thereof
• Preparation of annual budget and related forecasts
• Maintenance of effective internal controls within established guidelines; auditing of accounting records periodically
• Assist with external tax compliance and planning
• Recruit and develop accounting and finance team as transaction/activity levels require
