Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
7+ years of financial leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or transportation industries.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in ERP systems, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting to management, board members, and external stakeholders.
Oversee annual audits, coordinate with external auditors, and implement recommendations to strengthen financial controls.
Maintain and enhance job costing systems to accurately allocate manufacturing costs.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
