About The Position

The Controller manages day-to-day accounting operations and ensures accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with company policies. This role translates operational activity into reliable financial information. Regular and timely attendance is an expectation of the position 5S foundations for deploying more advanced lean production tools and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred
• 5–10 years of accounting experience, including supervisory responsibility
• Manufacturing and cost accounting experience is strongly preferred
• Strong ERP and Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and leadership ability

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger, month-end close, and financial statement preparation
• Manage cost accounting, inventory valuation, and standard costing processes
• Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, and inventory levels
• Improve accounting processes, systems, and reporting efficiency
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Coordinate annual audit, tax preparation, and regulatory filings
• Maintain internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance
