About The Position

A medical facility located near Columbia, South Carolina is seeking a full-time, permanent Controller to join their team!
The Controller Job Opportunity:
Full-time direct hire opportunity
Mon-Fri schedule, business hours
May be required to work weekdays and/or weekends, evenings and/or night shifts.
Great leadership and administration team!
The Controller directs and supervises the complete accounting system and financial function of the hospital. This includes charges, billing, A/R, cash receipts, collections, A/P, payroll, general ledger, forecasting, budgeting, internal controls, and audits. Facets include in/outpatient and ancillary services offered by the hospital.

Requirements

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management with a major in Accounting.
• Must have financial healthcare leadership experience from a hospital setting (acute care, inpatient rehab, LTACH or Behavioral)

Nice To Haves

• Preferably hold a CPA certification
