As Controller, you’ll serve as the senior financial leader supporting one of ENTEK’s key manufacturing divisions. This highly visible role partners closely with divisional leadership, plant operations, and corporate finance to ensure financial integrity while delivering insights that drive operational performance and profitability. You’ll oversee financial reporting, manufacturing cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting, and financial analysis for the division. This role combines strong technical accounting expertise with operational finance leadership, providing critical support to help the business plan, perform, and grow. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
  • Strong background in manufacturing cost accounting and inventory accounting
  • Experience supporting financial reporting and audit processes
  • ERP experience in manufacturing environments (Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 a plus)
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and financial modeling capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in multi-entity or multi-plant environments preferred
  • CPA certification is strongly preferred
  • An MBA or advanced degree is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary financial partner to divisional and operational leadership
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of divisional financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP
  • Lead the divisional budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Maintain and oversee manufacturing cost accounting including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation
  • Provide profitability analysis by product, customer, and business unit to support pricing and operational decisions
  • Partner with operations to identify cost improvement opportunities and drive margin enhancement initiatives
  • Develop financial models and analyses supporting capital investments and strategic initiatives
  • Improve financial reporting, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities
  • Support ERP system optimization and financial process improvements across operating entities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop members of the divisional finance team
