Sodexo is seeking a Controller - Multi Unit, Multi-Service for a healthcare segment in Michigan. This role ensures accuracy, transparency, and compliance while driving process improvements and cost-control initiatives. The Controller will partner closely with operational leaders to analyze performance, identify efficiencies, and support strategic decision-making. Strong healthcare finance experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to manage complex, multi-entity financials are essential for success in this role. A valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s license record check is required. Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. Requirements

  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of experience in finance, accounting or related field

Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial operations across multiple business units, ensuring compliance with Sodexo policies and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement financial controls, processes, and reporting to maintain accuracy and integrity of data
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles across all units, aligning financial plans with organizational goals
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for multiple entities, ensuring accurate reporting Consolidate financial statements and provide detailed variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
  • Partner with operational leaders to drive profitability, cost optimization, and strategic decision-making
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive analysis and internal control enhancements
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity for all units to ensure financial stability
