We are seeking an experienced Construction Contracts Manager with a strong background in construction and municipal contracting. This role requires a professional who understands the complexities of working with municipalities and industrial construction projects and can confidently mitigate risk while supporting equipment sales and aftermarket contracts in a highly regulate environment. The ideal candidate has hands on expertise in public sector procurement, negotiating design build, CMAR agreements, bonding and insurance requirements and compliance with federal, state and local regulations. JOB SUMMARY The Contracts Engineer, using technical knowledge, plays a critical role in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating equipment sales and Aftermarket sales contracts, including construction-related agreements. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, bonding agencies, and legal advisors, to ensure contracts reflect HUBER’s business objectives and operational needs.
