Position Summary The Federal Contract Manager provide oversight and direction for Federal and Commercial projects. The Contract Manager develops, coordinates, negotiates, reviews and administers both customer and vendor contracts of the Company, including maintenance and upkeep of the contracts database and related systems. The position supports all aspects of contract management throughout the contracting process, from pre-proposal activities through contract closure. This position reports to the Corporate Counsel and supports all aspects of contract management throughout the contracting process, from pre-proposal activities through contract closure.
