This leadership position provides coordination and oversight of the department’s contract administration and inspection services. The role is responsible for helping ensure department programs and grants are administered in compliance with local, state and federal regulations, while also coordinating contract monitoring activities and supporting the review and resolution of compliance matters. The Contracts & Inspections Manager supervises a team of three, including one Contracts Specialist and two Housing Quality Inspectors and serves as an integral part of the department’s efforts to maintain solid operations, accountability and service to the community.
