The contracts administrator will assist in the new contracts, proposals, and sales orders process. Reporting directly to the contracts manager, this position will support multiple levels within the organization, helping to drive new business opportunities. Requirements

Associate Degree in Business Administration (or equivalent) or higher
Minimum 3 years' experience in a contract related role
Must be a U.S. citizen

Responsibilities

Sales Order Entry in existing ERP System
Interacting with Finance/accounting to resolve invoice/payment issues based on contractual terms.
Completion of Representations and Certifications for Customers.
Proposal log creation and updating to track proposal activity and submittals.
Proposal review to ensure appropriate language and proposed terms are adequate.
Formal submittal of proposals to Government and Commercial customers.
Drafting of Contract/PO acceptance letters.
Contract/Purchase Order review regarding Terms and Conditions, Delivery Dates, Performance Based Payments Schedules, etc.
Knowledge of standard contractual Terms and Conditions for Government Contracts including FAR, DFAR and ITAR as well as commercial terms is desired.
Small Business Program Administration.
Review of Non-Disclosure Agreements.
Metric Reporting.
General Administrative duties.
