Role: Contracts Coordinator Key Responsibilities: Provide scheduling for vendor and internal meetings. Develop SharePoint organization ideas and execute approved organization in new site. Monitor and support change order requests for all contracts in the Facilities and Security portfolios. Prepare agendas and meeting minutes to support contract project managers. Coordinate and support Link project requests and provide some project control lead roles within that program. Specifically for the security contracts, create subcategories within the security invoices to track annual spend on special requests, mobile patrol, equipment, etc. Additionally, audit invoices to separate the invoices by type.
