About The Position

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry. We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team and support procurement activities for construction projects. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, attentive to detail and accuracy, and capable of managing multiple priorities across departments, vendors, and jobsite teams. Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to, the following:

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Effective time management and multitasking in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to interpret and work with legal documents and procurement terms.
  • Familiarity with procurement, supply chain, and contract law principles.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CMiC, Coupa, Bluebeam and DocuSign preferred but not required.
  • Basic understanding of construction techniques, material, equipment and field operations is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in a contract administration, procurement, or vendor management role.
  • Experience in construction, equipment supply, or related industries strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

  • Determine the correct form of agreement to adequately mitigate risk for material being procured and/or services provided and prepare contracts for issuance.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of contract administration, including review, negotiation, execution, and document tracking.
  • Support onboarding of selected vendors and continued contract compliance.
  • Issue insurance notices of award.
  • Maintain and update rental rate sheets specific to each jobsite.
  • Assist in creating and analyzing Rent vs. Buy comparisons to inform procurement strategy.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to others, if requested, for others to maintain logs for their workgroup.
  • Coordinate the routing and signature of contracts.
  • Serve as a liaison between procurement, legal, insurance, risk management, and branch and project teams to facilitate contract negotiations and contract compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve contract workflows and develop training around contract best practices.
