We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support our legal and procurement teams. This role will be instrumental in managing and maintaining a high volume of contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, and negotiate standard contracts, amendments, and addendums under the guidance of legal counsel.
  • Maintain a centralized and organized contract management system, ensuring all documentation is current and readily accessible.
  • Track contract key dates, including expirations, renewals, and critical milestones, and proactively communicate upcoming deadlines to relevant stakeholders.
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., legal, procurement, finance, sales) to gather necessary information for contract preparation and execution.
  • Ensure all contracts adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant legal requirements.
  • Assist with the preparation of contract-related reports and analyses.
  • Support the development and implementation of contract management best practices.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders regarding contract terms and conditions.
  • Process and manage contract-related documentation, including purchase orders, statements of work (SOWs), and master service agreements (MSAs).
  • Conduct initial reviews of contract terms to identify potential risks or deviations from standard templates.
