Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (strongly desired)
  • Minimum of 4 years of contracts administrator experience
  • Detailed knowledge and thorough understanding of General Services Administration (GSA)/federal contracts, proper drafting, negotiation and use of contracts, subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Teaming, and other forms of agreements
  • Experience monitoring contracts/subcontracts of various levels of complexity and value, and negotiating terms and conditions
  • Strong time management and organization skills, detail orientation, and demonstrated ability to think critically, and manage to completion multiple projects with limited supervision?
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation creation tools?
  • Knowledge of FAR/DFARs, and other federal agency acquisition regulations

Nice To Haves

  • CFCM or related certification is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end contract administration for primes, subcontracts, POs, and modifications under senior guidance.
  • Prepare, track, and maintain standard legal agreements (NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts) using approved templates and processes.
  • Maintain accurate contract trackers, funding records, periods of performance, and key deadlines; flag risks and upcoming actions.
  • Assist with FAR/DFARS compliance, contract file management, audit readiness, and reporting requirements (including CPARS inputs).
  • Support GSA and SEWP contract administration, including modifications, price updates, reporting, and opportunity tracking.
  • Partner with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Operations to provide contract data, support proposals, and route documents for approval and signature.
  • Assist with government and partner communications, portal submissions, and documentation using approved templates.
  • Contribute to process improvements and maintain a high standard of professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service.
