Contract Program Administrator II | Pay Range: $ 70,320.00 - $87,895.00 Join Southwest Power Pool as a Contractor Program Administrator II! Overview If you enjoy owning a process end-to-end and working at the intersection of compliance, operations, and people, this role puts you right in the middle of it. The Contractor Program Administrator leads SPP’s contractor management program, ensuring non-employee personnel are seamlessly onboarded, supported, and offboarded while maintaining strict compliance with North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) standards, SPP policies, and regulatory requirements such as SOC. You’ll serve as the go-to partner connecting contractors, leaders, and internal teams, keeping everything aligned, efficient, and audit-ready. This role is equal parts coordination and strategy. You’ll manage the full contractor lifecycle, maintain clean and accurate records, and continuously look for ways to improve processes and stay ahead of evolving industry standards.
