It is our belief that bringing diverse perspectives and experiences together provides a strong foundation for both personal and professional growth and development. About the Role: We are seeking a temporary/contract Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Partner to support significant growth over the next four months. This role sits at the center of a fast-growing Revenue organization with high-volume hiring needs and will directly support the Director of Talent Acquisition for Revenue, while partnering closely with People and FP&A teams. The TA Ops Partner will bring order and clarity to hiring operations by maintaining clean, accurate data; delivering reliable, actionable reporting; and building structured, easy-to-use process documentation that enables teams to scale efficiently. While this is a four-month contract role, there may be opportunities for an extension or conversion to a permanent position based on business needs and performance.

Requirements

  • Highly organized, execution-focused, and detail-oriented, with experience in TA operations, HR operations, reporting, or administrative support
  • Experienced working in ATS and HR systems, with Greenhouse required and Workday preferred
  • Strong in Google Sheets and reporting, with the ability to independently pull, analyze, and interpret data
  • Comfortable enforcing process, following up on gaps, and driving accountability without owning decisions
  • Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and creating structure with minimal direction

Responsibilities

  • Own recurring and ad hoc hiring reports for the Revenue organization and prepare hiring decks for TA, HR, and leadership reviews
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date data and system hygiene in Greenhouse while enforcing hiring processes and following up on missed steps
  • Confirm approved PIDs and req readiness prior to opening roles and track new hires through onboarding and enablement; optimize trackers across the TA organization
  • Prevent missed handoffs related to visas, start dates, and enablement by ensuring clear ownership and follow-through
  • Create and maintain TA process documentation and manage a centralized library of Revenue job descriptions, interview guides, and workflows
  • Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related operational questions and validate req and PID requests before escalating to HRBPs
  • Proactively identify and flag risks, data gaps, and recurring issues to TA leadership
