SWBC is seeking a talented individual to be responsible for facilitating and coordinating the Contract & Supplier Management (C&SM) Program and tasks including ensuring that enterprise-wide needs for purchasing, due diligence, risk-assessment and continuing supplier monitoring are being accomplished. This individual assists the Contract & Supplier Management (C&SM) leaders on ensuring procurement needs, third-party risk and performance is managed to meet the business, regulatory, and compliance demands of the organization, supporting teams responsible for assessing supplier risk management, control and process improvement, including researching and recommending related internal controls where needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting one or more SWBC lines of business or categories of spend. You’ll be expected to take an active role in facilitating the end-to-end purchasing process, including but not limited to: distribution of RFx’s to suppliers, creation and maintenance of purchasing documents, identification and implementation of optimized processes, channeling/leveraging spend based on guidance from the business units and C&SM leadership, and assist in the management of back-end accountability such as invoice discrepancies.
