This role is for temporary maternity leave coverage. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for delivering full cycle recruiting for cross functional teams across the Americas. You will focus on partnering with hiring managers and HR to define recruitment strategy as well as sourcing and engaging candidates for core and key roles within IFS across the businesses. To be successful in this role you should be able to talk about business strategy and articulate career opportunities. You must be focused on networking closely within the industry to identify the right talent and companies to target. A key focus will be on talent pipelining to support hiring managers across the region.
