Recruiter, Contract, 20 hrs/week Responsibilities: Own full-cycle recruiting for open roles Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles Build scalable sourcing strategies and talent pipelines Manage interview processes, assessments, and candidate communication Screen candidates Drive a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience Improve recruiting operations through ATS configuration, tracking, reporting Develop employer-branding content and outreach campaigns Qualifications: 4-8+ years of experience with technical recruiting Prior experience at a fast-paced startup (Series A-C preferred) Strong knowledge of best recruiting processes Strong knowledge of automation-first practices in recruitment Comfort balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects High integrity, discretion, and people-first mindset Culture forward leadership and decision making
