The Job Details are as follows: Job Description Responsibilities Leads recruiting activities as assigned, works closely with hiring manager to define job requirements, and sources a diverse slate of candidates for consideration. Supports the Talent Acquisition Team in coordinating candidate interview schedules, travel, and communication for all open positions. Leverages the company’s HRIS (Workday) to manage requisitions, candidate screening, selection, and hiring processes. Ensure all documentation is accurately completed including drug-screening process and background investigations where appropriate. Proactively and creatively sources and screens candidates to develop pools of talent for all positions across OCLC. Partners with the Talent Acquisition Team on strategies that support our employer branding efforts. Partners with and supports other HR Talent team members beyond Talent Acquisition as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. 3 plus years of experience in a Human Resources function focused on recruiting, technology recruiting experience is a plus. Demonstrated skill in using LinkedIn and other social networking tools to source candidates. Excellent partnership skills: knows how to effectively work with hiring managers to source, screen, evaluate and hire talented new staff members within organizational policies and budgets. High proficiency in MS Office systems with an emphasis on Word, Outlook, and Excel. Hands-on experience using HR information systems, Workday experience preferred. Track record of handling sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and sound judgment. Ability to respond with urgency, focused on meeting and exceeding customer needs with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to prioritize and perform competing tasks.
