Ansell is looking for a Contract & Project Manager to join our team! In this role, you will manage contract lifecycles end-to-end while supporting key project initiatives across cross-functional teams. You will ensure strong execution of agreements, support pricing and RFQ/RFP activity, and help drive operational excellence and timely delivery of business priorities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Law, or related field
3+ years of experience in contract management, procurement, or related roles
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Asana, etc.)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Limited travel required (<10%)

Nice To Haves

Project management experience strongly preferred (PMP or CPCM a plus)

Responsibilities

Manage contract lifecycle activities including drafting, renewal, amendment, and termination
Support RFQ/RFP processes with internal teams and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Conduct contract pricing analysis and provide insights to support business planning
Develop and track project plans, scorecards, and timelines to ensure successful execution
Monitor project progress and communicate status updates, risks, and delays
Support reporting, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders
Maintain operational KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives
Provide sales enablement and reporting support, including rebate analysis and pipeline insights
