As a Manager, Technical Project Management, you’ll lead end-to-end delivery for mid-to-large projects or defined workstreams within a program. You’ll be the day-to-day owner of plans, timelines, risks, and UAT, ensuring clear communication and smooth handoffs to Client Services. This is a 3-6 month contract opportunity, with the opportunity to extend.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in project management or technical delivery, ideally within media/marketing tech or adjacent domains.
  • Proficiency with Airtable, Smartsheet, and modern PM practices (RAID, RACI, change control).
  • Strong communicator who can align cross-functional teams and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Analytical, organized, and adaptable; comfortable balancing detail with delivery pace.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver: Build and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and status reporting; run standups/working sessions.
  • Scope and schedule: Manage scope, timelines, and budget; drive change control and ensure early value delivery.
  • UAT leadership: Author/validate test scenarios, coordinate client/user acceptance testing, track defects to closure, confirm go-live readiness.
  • Requirements to release: Translate business requirements into actionable tasks with Product/Engineering; prepare process docs and release notes.
  • Transitions and hypercare: Package materials for L&D, ensure Client Services readiness, and support post-launch stabilization.
  • Governance: Maintain RACI, facilitate working groups, and escalate risks/issues with clear mitigation plans.
  • Continuous improvement: Contribute to post-mortems, value scorecards, and Content Hub documentation.
