Contract Operations Intern
About The Position
We are looking for Sophomore and Junior students majoring in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Pharmaceutical Marketing, Finance, or a related field for 12-week internship role in Wilmington, DE from May 18 2026 to August 7 2026. Position Duties: Optimize membership data in the GPO and Buy & Bill space to enhance system efficiency and improve reporting processes. Refresh and test department specific clickbook/training guide to improve onboarding materials and standardize processes. Develop and test new or existing reports in PowerBI and train team members to deliver improved reporting to account teams and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Sophomore and Junior Students majoring in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Pharmaceutical Marketing, Finance or a related field.
- Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2026.
- Understanding of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
- US Work Authorization is required at time of application.
- Ability to report onsite to Wilmington, DE 3-5 days per week.
- This role will not be providing CPT support.
- This role will not provide relocation assistance.
Nice To Haves
- Software exposure to PowerBI is a plus.
- Software exposure to Model N is a plus.
