RESPONSIBILITIES Own and administer ERPA’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, Evisort (Workday CLM), including system configuration, contract ingestion, metadata management, workflows, and ongoing optimization. Review, negotiate, approve, and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, supplier contracts, customer contracts (MSA & SOW based on criteria), etc. Review request for proposal (RFP) terms and conditions for each proposal effort to assess potential financial and business risks Participate in proposal pricing reviews Create a contract management system internally to ensure standardized practices and naming conventions for efficient tracking of contract information including periods of performance, renewal, modifications, and adherence to contract-specific terms, conditions, and deliverables Review, negotiate, and forward contracts for final signature to CFO Investigate and address contract issues Assess potential conflicts of interest Customer engagement activities to provide for proper compliance such as reporting Ensure compliance with relevant company policies and processes Perform analysis and provide profitability tracking on each contract Make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles, and applicable state and federal laws and regulations Assist the CFO on projects as needed Oversee, manage, and ensure compliance/reporting for contract vehicles and cooperative purchasing agreements Partner with Sales Operations to ensure alignment across sales, delivery, and finance. QUALIFICATIONS · Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study preferred · Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education · Hands-on experience using Evisort (Workday Contract Lifecycle Management) required; candidates who have led or materially supported a CLM implementation are strongly preferred.
