Primary Location: United States (US) - Illinois - Function: Marketing and Sales (CA) Title: Contract Management Specialist - 117566 Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position Your Responsibilities As a Contract Management Specialist for Deere & Company WHQ located in Moline, IL, OR Cary, NC you will: Manage the portfolio of state, federal, and cooperative B2G contracts Complete responses for new and reissued Ag & Turf product bids Renew and update contracts based on contract terms Evaluate contract viability Update contracts based on Deere Ag & Turf product portfolio changes Update pricing and price documentation used for contract sales Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions Generate and submit monthly and quarterly sales reports Own the process of contract fee calculation and payment Prepare and support regular contract auditing by government procurement offices, particularly IGA audits for the federal GSA contract Enable B2G business management through data and reporting solutions Investigate dealer issues with Deere held contracts and provide resolution Collaborate with stakeholders in GNS Accounting, Deere Legal, JDF, and field teams Advise and coach SABD team and stakeholders regarding contract administration Provide day-to-day support for contract questions such as requests for vendor forms, W9’s, insurance certificates, etc. VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position What Skills You Need • Highly developed attention to detail • Previous experience with contracts and contract language • Knowledge of Deere systems • Knowledge of Deere products What Makes You Stand Out • Adaptability • Ability to meet deadlines Education Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: BA in Marketing or Business or relevant work experience What You'll Get At John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
