About The Position

Contract Management, Business Process Expert leads negotiation and management of complex, high-value contracts, ensuring terms align with company objectives and legal requirements while implementing advanced frameworks and serving as the organization's subject-matter expert. They conduct thorough risk assessments and dispute resolution, mentor a diverse team, contribute to policy formulation, and collaborate cross-functionally to align contract strategy with business goals while providing detailed analyses for executive decision-making. Your role: Serves as the subject-matter expert for high-value, complex contracts—leading negotiation, drafting, execution, and dispute resolution to ensure alignment with company objectives and legal standards. Designs and implements advanced contract management frameworks, policies, and best practices to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Conducts comprehensive risk assessments and develops robust mitigation strategies to protect the company’s interests. Partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align contract strategy with business goals and provide strategic input for decision-making. Coaches and mentors a diverse team, prepares executive-level analyses and reports on contract performance and opportunities, and continuously integrates industry and legal developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Law or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Sales, Contract Management or equivalent.
  • Expertise in contract lifecycle management: drafting and negotiating contracts, defining contractual terms, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting document audits and data management, and implementing risk mitigation and KPI-driven performance monitoring.
  • Strategic commercial and stakeholder leadership: applying commercial acumen to align contract strategy with business goals, managing stakeholders, driving strategy implementation, and fostering continuous improvement.
