About The Position

Our client is a premier organization seeking immediate support for their talent acquisition efforts. They are looking for a dedicated professional to join their team in a high-volume capacity to ensure the continued growth and success of their business operations. This is a 6-month temporary assignment designed to provide critical support to a fast-paced recruiting team. As a Business Talent Recruiter, you will focus on the "top of the funnel" activities, driving candidate interest and building robust pipelines without the pressure of direct hiring manager interaction This role is based out of either the Reston, VA or Atlanta, GA office locations. Candidates will enjoy a hybrid work environment, blending the collaboration of in-office presence with the flexibility of remote work.

Requirements

  • An experienced recruiter with at least 2 years of professional experience.
  • A high-volume specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • A sourcing expert with a "hunter" mentality for finding talent across the open web.
  • A highly organized professional capable of managing multiple candidate streams simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • The Ideal Candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with prior experience recruiting within a law firm environment is strongly preferred and has hands-on experience with Workday (ATS).

Responsibilities

  • Execute proactive candidate outreach and sourcing strategies to identify top-tier talent.
  • Perform first-level resume screening to ensure candidates meet core qualifications.
  • Build and manage high-quality shortlists of qualified candidates for various business roles.
  • Utilize Workday and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress and maintain data integrity.
  • Leverage social media and open web sourcing techniques to find passive candidates in a competitive market.
