About The Position

MongoDB’s Early Talent Recruiting team hires our summer interns and new graduates across multiple business areas. As an Associate Early Talent Recruiter (Contract), you will manage high-volume, full-cycle searches and help run our flagship internship and new grad programs, ensuring every early talent hire has a high-touch, memorable experience at MongoDB. This is a hybrid role based in New York City, NY.

Requirements

  • Have 1+ years of experience in early talent recruiting or a closely related recruiting/people operations function, ideally in a high-volume environment
  • Have a proven ability to manage several roles and stakeholders at once, with strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Be comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace and Greenhouse ATS (preferred) to track candidates, run reports, and keep hiring teams aligned
  • Be a strong communicator and relationship-builder, able to influence and partner with hiring managers, candidates, and early talent partners
  • Be flexible and resourceful, willing to work occasional non-standard hours during peak season and support events or travel as needed
  • Be energized by fast-paced, ambiguous environments, and excited to iterate on processes to make them more inclusive and efficient

Responsibilities

  • Own and support full-cycle recruitment for interns and new grads across multiple teams, including intake with hiring managers, sourcing, resume review, recruiter screens, and offer delivery
  • Coordinate and execute internship programming, from social events and learning sessions to employee speakers, while building strong relationships with interns and business partners
  • Cultivate partnerships with universities, student organizations, and nonprofit programs to strengthen our early talent pipeline and employer brand
  • Deliver a consistently high-touch candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, clear expectations, and thoughtful preparation at each stage
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Early Talent processes and programs by identifying opportunities, sharing data-driven insights, and piloting new ideas
