Primary Responsibilities: As a Construction Contract Administrator, you will provide assistance to the Project Managers, Construction VPs, and SVP of Finance by receiving, analyzing, processing, and administering customer construction contracts, purchase orders, and change orders. Process weekly and monthly billing from subcontractors and vendors. Compiles, reviews, and coordinates contract information with and between Customers, Project Managers, Construction VPs, and Development teams.
