Requirements

  • High School graduate. Associates or Bachelor’s College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of one year Government Contracts experience.
  • Have a thorough working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), DoD FAR Supplement (DFARS), contract law.
  • US citizen is required.
  • Must have strong demonstrated business management, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Database management & reporting (attention to detail, accuracy).
  • Contract lifecycle management system and related process knowledge (organization & compliance).
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Expert level of proficiency with MS Office software; particularly Excel.
  • Company computer, printer, communications devices, and other general office equipment, to include networked printers, and scanners/OCRs.

Responsibilities

  • Performs internal customer liaison activities to include, prepare and submit both verbal and written correspondence to internal customers for pulling, share, receiving, drafting, managing, and reviewing various reports, and data from various systems. This includes scheduling and leading meetings with internal customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain contract databases & repositories
  • Analyze contracts for eligibility, make prioritization recommendations, and prepare reports.
  • Handle various performance and contracts related metrics.
  • Build relationships with internal teams and maintain strong service standards.
  • Provides internal customer support through guidance of contract requirements and process for changes to requirements.
  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Perform other related duties as required
