Continuous Maintenance Availability (CMAV) Scheduler
About The Position
Develop, coordinate and synchronize with the technical staffs of: Naval Sea System Command (NAVSEA), Office of Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV), U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFFC), In-service Engineering Agents (ISEA), PEO, Combat Systems Port Engineers (CSPEs), Surface Ship Maintenance Engineering, Planning and Procurement Activity (SURFMEPP), Space & Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), Naval Regional Maintenance Centers (NRMCs), Planning Yards, Ships Force, public and private repair activities and other stakeholders involved in the maintenance planning and availability execution of CNSL ships.
Requirements
- Five (5) years experience with scheduling maintenance events for US Naval vessels.
- Five (5) years experience with scheduling operational events for US Naval vessels.
- Two (2) years spent on Shore Staff duty, working with other Naval shore activities.
- Working knowledge of Surface Force OFRP cycle and Surface ship maintenance availability requirements
- High School diploma
- Ten years of active Naval service, achieving the rank of 0-3 or E-7.
- Background check, US Citizenship, secret security clearance, and a CAC are requirements for this position.
