Responsible for managing the company's continuous improvement projects. Including coaching and training various departments to identify continuous improvement projects, coaching various departments to make project registration forms and registration management, regularly collect and report the data of each project activity, regularly report the project progress of each department and request the department which didn't hit the target to analyze and improve, and calculate the performance of each project, calculating monthly project income and project member bonuses according to regulations, and organizing “monthly”, “quarterly” and “yearly” summary meetings for continuous improvement projects.
