What We Are Looking For We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Intern to support manufacturing process improvement projects at our Orland Park plant. You’ll work closely with our Continuous Improvement Manager and collaborate with our electrical, mechanical, and quality engineers. You’ll also work alongside maintenance, production, and tool room employees. In this role you will work on injection molding and rapid automated assembly processes. This role will be a great fit for you if you’re interested in lean manufacturing and hands-on exposure to real world projects! What You Will Bring At least a sophomore in a 4-year degree program Industrial Engineering or Industrial & Systems Engineering major Project management and multi-tasking skills Eagerness to work on process improvement projects in a production environment Panduit Intern Program Our program consists of not only working with your functional area but getting to know the entire summer cohort of interns across Panduit.
