As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and organized Contents Technician to join our team. As a Content Technician you will be responsible for property cleaning (home and/or commercial properties), microbial remediation, content pack outs, content processing/deodorization, content storage and handling to include inventory management.
Requirements

- Ability to watch for safety issues and enforce company policy
- Good communicator, problem-solver and critical thinker
- Adhere to safety protocols, procedures and awareness of possible safety issues while enforcing company policies
- Requires walking, standing, stooping, bending, packing boxes and moving furniture among other physical demands
- Travel to each job location requires the safe operation of a company vehicle with trailer hooked up
- Willing to go out on calls outside of regular business hours
- Will include working inside buildings with construction in progress.
- Will include working outside of buildings in sometimes extreme weather and extreme heat.
- Will include using a variety of construction tools/equipment.
- Will include lifting and moving large awkward items that weighing more than 45 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Document, inventory, handle, and pack household and/or commercial items ranging from small to large and bulky items as well as fragile items with great attention to detail to ensure the safety and protection of the items.
- Enter inventory into database to ensure completeness and accountability of items.
- Loading trucks/trailers with needed daily supplies
- Lifting and moving contents into trailers and storage facilities
- Customer service, customer service, customer service
- Perform other duties as assigned.
