About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Writer to join our communications and marketing team. In this role, you will develop high-quality technical and marketing content that effectively communicates Noria Energy’s mission, services, technology, and industry expertise. You will play a key part in shaping how our brand is told across digital platforms, trade publications, and outreach initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional content writing experience, ideally in renewable energy, cleantech, engineering, sustainability, or related technical fields.
  • Excellent command of written and verbal English with strong editing and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and explain them clearly.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, content management systems (CMS), and digital publishing tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience writing for B2B audiences in energy, environment, infrastructure, or technology sectors.
  • Portfolio of published work including technical articles, blogs, case studies, or white papers.
  • Knowledge of the solar energy market and clean technology trends.

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit engaging, accurate content about Noria Energy’s offerings, including floating solar projects, technical innovations, R&D developments, and customer outcomes.
  • Produce and optimize content for a variety of platforms: website pages, blogs, case studies, white papers, press releases, newsletters, and social media.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (engineers, project leads, leadership) to translate technical and complex information into clear, accessible language.
  • Support content strategy for SEO, audience engagement, and brand awareness goals.
  • Ensure consistency of voice, style, and messaging across all public-facing content.
  • Assist in developing editorial calendars, tracking content performance, and suggesting improvements based on analytics.
  • Help draft internal communications and thought leadership pieces for industry conferences and events.
