About The Position

As a Content Writer & Storyteller at Brandlight, you will turn data, insights, and product understanding into clear, compelling content that resonates with enterprise marketers. You’ll write across thought leadership, product narratives, and customer-facing materials, with a strong focus on quality first, then building systems that allow content to scale without losing clarity or credibility. This role is suited for someone who understands both storytelling and business impact, and who can make content a repeatable driver of awareness, trust, and pipeline.

Requirements

  • Strong editorial judgment and a consistently high quality bar across channels
  • Proven ability to connect each piece of content to clear business value for a specific ICP
  • Excellent copywriting skills; able to turn complex or technical inputs into compelling stories
  • Deep understanding of enterprise marketers and how they evaluate ideas, tools, and vendors
  • Comfortable producing at high velocity while maintaining quality and coherence
  • Collaborative, low-ego working style with openness to feedback and iteration
  • Uses AI as a productivity and research tool, not as a replacement for thinking or voice
  • Able to clearly document processes, frameworks, and systems to support future scale and automation
