The Content Supervisor has two roles after water or fire damage: The Content Packing role inventories customer contents, packs those contents into boxes, and tags large furniture to prepare them to be transported to and from customer's properties. The Cleaning role cleans those contents and/or the property they were removed from after water or fire damage in order to facilitate a positive customer experience.
