About The Position

This role will be primarily responsible for supporting the Content Strategy team to develop and implement the content strategy for our robust catalog of hospitality offerings; including our official hospitality packages, travel packages, and high-end custom programming for individuals and corporations looking to attend any of On Location’s official rightsholder events including Super Bowl, FIFA World Cup, Olympic Games, the Masters, the U.S. Open Tennis, etc. At the direction of the Sr. Director of Product Marketing & Content Strategy, the Content Strategy Manager will support the development and execution of content across enterprise-focused initiatives, ensuring materials are accurate, compelling, and aligned with On Location’s brand and business objectives. This role will help manage timelines across multiple teams and maintain internal resources to ensure stakeholders have access to the latest approved information. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, an interest in creating and editing various forms of content, is highly organized, resourceful, a strong communicator, and excels at managing multiple projects at once.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written business communication skills, for both internal and external audiences to collaborate with internal stakeholders and convey content strategy effectively
  • Produce accurate work, even when under pressure, and check accuracy of information before using or passing on to others
  • Practices attentive and active listening, with flexibility and adaptability, in order to determine what drives results
  • Demonstrates excellent follow-through on information and project status
  • Demonstrated ability of organization and project management skills

  • Fluency in English for writing, proofing, and editing content
  • Minimum 2 years of experience proofing and driving content for Sales, Hospitality, Marketing, Internal/External Communications, Business Communications, or related field — or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience working with Keynote, Adobe, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Experience in ideating, curating and developing custom experience elements for corporate and/or UHNWI
  • Balance of creativity / innovation to dream big with the realistic logistical expertise to get things done

Responsibilities

  • Support content development and strategy efforts with a focus on enterprise-level clients, showcasing On Location’s portfolio of assets, access, hospitality, and high-end travel experiences for corporate and ultra-high net worth audiences.
  • Support the creation of custom enterprise-facing collateral, including FIFA Platinum Access content and core business initiatives, as needed.
  • Lead strategic planning for content and broader brand messaging, ensuring alignment and consistency across On Location teams, platforms, and touchpoints.
  • Generate engaging, compelling and convincing content for presentation decks, internal and external facing newsletters, and sales collateral to enable client retention and new business opportunities. Must excel at drafting, editing and structuring presentation content, storylines, and talking points to align with On Location’s objectives.
  • Track and manage content-related projects and timelines across cross-functional stakeholders using established project management tools to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain and organize our knowledge bases and archives, ensuring all materials are properly tagged, filed, and organized in an easily resourced format.
  • Work directly with Product Content, Marketing and On Location at-large to develop and maintain a consistent voice and tone, while abiding by specific brand content requirements.
  • Distribute new and updated materials to relevant internal stakeholders, supporting questions and identifying content gaps as needed.
  • Proactively support and identify opportunities to improve our materials and storytelling based on the business unit’s goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support RFPs, including content development and timeline management, as needed.
  • Liaise with On Location and TKO at-large to identify and develop cross-company content updates and integrations, where applicable.
