About The Position

As a Content Strategy Manager, you will be the driving force behind turning audience insights into high-quality, actionable content for Everpure’s core segments. You’ll be at the intersection between Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing and Creative teams to build content that resonates across the buyer's journey. This is a role for a seasoned professional who thrives on creative problem-solving and is eager to leverage AI tools to deliver consistent, authoritative content that moves the needle for our business.

Requirements

  • Proven Content Strategy Experience: Substantial experience in B2B content marketing or strategy, with a demonstrated ability to manage a diverse volume of projects from ideation to completion.
  • Collaborative Problem Solving: A track record of working effectively with internal partners to understand audience needs and translate them into effective marketing collateral.
  • AI Adaptability & Editorial Judgment: Familiarity with AI-driven content tools and a strong editorial eye to ensure all output meets Everpure's brand standards and strategic goals.
  • Project Management Discipline: Strong organizational skills with the ability to navigate complex workflows and use data to suggest improvements to content performance.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Audience-Aligned Content Plans: Work cross-functionally with PMM and IMM teams to translate campaign objectives into detailed content maps, ensuring all marquee assets and blog cadences are delivered on schedule and at a high standard.
  • Develop Integrated Content Kits: Own the creation of "complete kits"—briefing and developing not just the core asset, but all necessary activation components like social posts and supporting collateral to ensure seamless distribution.
  • Scale Quality via AI Tools: Utilize the Everpure Brand AI Writer to efficiently produce first drafts and derivative content, applying your subject matter expertise to ensure every piece is strategically framed and competitively positioned.
  • Craft Strategic Content Briefs: Independent of daily instruction, develop comprehensive briefs for writers and AI tools that include clear CTAs, proof points, and topic cluster mapping to improve search authority.
  • Coordinate Multi-Channel Delivery: Partner with Content Ops to manage the review and approval process for your assigned segments, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met across diverse projects.
