About The Position

We are seeking a creative, results-driven Content Specialist to develop high-quality, brand-aligned visual and written content that supports Windows on Washington’s aggressive growth goals. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of visual production to elevate our presence across key digital customer touchpoints. You will transform campaign briefs into production-ready assets for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Google Business Profiles, and Yelp, helping to drive qualified leads and strengthen brand credibility. A core part of this role includes traveling to active job sites in the DMV to capture the craftsmanship behind our work and engaging directly with homeowners to deliver authentic storytelling that differentiates the WoW brand. You will make an immediate impact by creating compelling, premium-quality content for homeowners, highlighting our commitment to top-tier craftsmanship and a seamless, low hassle customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional content creation experience, with strong proficiency in videography, photography, and advanced editing across both mediums.
  • Proficiency in modern video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent) and photo editing software, with the ability to efficiently produce polished, platform-ready assets.
  • Ability to take a project from concept or brief through full execution, producing high quality deliverables with minimal oversight.
  • Highly organized and efficient, capable of managing multiple ongoing projects while maintaining a forward looking content pipeline.
  • Confident and professional when interacting with homeowners, gathering authentic stories, project highlights, and testimonial content.
  • Deep understanding of modern social and local platforms, including Instagram (Reels/Stories), YouTube, Google Business Profiles, and Yelp.
  • Ability to interpret basic performance signals (engagement, completion rate, adoption into paid media) and adjust content production accordingly.
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of brand imagery and video production, including on-site videography (installs, testimonials, team features) and professional photography (before/after transformations, detail shots, and portraits).
  • Independently edit and format content for a variety of digital channels—from high energy -energy short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, paid cutdowns) to long-form storytelling pieces (project explainers and customer testimonials).
  • Produce photo and video assets tailored to target WoW customer personas, ensuring content aligns with high-intent decision moments and supports marketing goals.
  • Spend up to 30% of your time traveling to job sites throughout the DMV to identify unique brand storytelling opportunities and capture authentic craftsmanship that elevates the company’s visual presence.
  • Maintain a rolling 4–6 week production calendar aligned with seasonal promotions, ensuring timely delivery of all assets in the formats required by marketing and sales partners.
  • Strengthen brand trust by keeping visual content fresh on platforms like Google Business Profiles and Yelp, producing client testimonials and visuals that support review generation and referral programs.
